This is where every engagement begins - because you can't build the right structure without first seeing clearly what's broken.

Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks

02. The Architecture

Based on what the diagnostic surfaces, we build the governance framework your organization actually needs - decision rights, AI guardrails, accountability structures, coordination models, and the operating clarity that makes everything downstream more manageable.

This is not a report. It is a working system your team can operate without you in the room.

03. Enablement & Ongoing Advisory

The structure only holds if the people inside it know how to use it. We work with your team leads, functional chairs, and incoming leaders to embed the governance model into how the organization actually operates day to day.
